Refund Policy for MBBS Bureau Admission Consultancy
Introduction
This refund policy outlines the conditions under which clients (students and their guardians) may be eligible for a refund of fees paid to MBBS Bureau for MBBS and medical admissions.

Scope of Services
The consultancy services covered under this policy include guidance and support for MBBS admissions, including but not limited to college selection, application assistance, and interview preparation.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions, which are outlined below:
Service Not Rendered: If the consultancy fails to provide the agreed-upon services, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Admission: If the student does not secure admission to any of the applied colleges despite following all the consultancy’s advice and fulfilling all application requirements.
Withdrawal Request: If a client decides to withdraw from the consultancy services, refunds will be subject to the timing of the withdrawal request.

Refund Conditions
Full Refund:

If the request for withdrawal is made within 7 days of signing the contract and no substantial services have been rendered.
If the consultancy fails to provide any of the agreed-upon services.

Partial Refund:
If the request for withdrawal is made after 7 days but within 30 days of signing the contract, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
If some services have been rendered, a proportional refund based on the remaining services will be calculated.

No Refund:
If the request for withdrawal is made after 15 days of signing the contract.
If the student fails to follow the consultancy’s advice or does not fulfill the application requirements.
If the student secures admission to a college but decides not to enroll.

Refund Request Process
Clients must submit a written request for a refund, outlining the reasons for their request and providing any supporting documentation.

The request should be sent to helpline@mbbsbureau.com or mailed to Plot No. D-107, Sector 2, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301
The consultancy will review the request and respond within 15 business days.

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or another method agreed upon by both parties.

Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding the refund, the consultancy and the client agree to try and resolve the matter amicably through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter may be escalated to arbitration as per the laws of Noida

Amendments to Policy
MBBS Bureau reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on the consultancy’s website.
